1 /5 Lauren Velarde: pretty disappointed. took my sister to get a kids manicure while i got a pedicure and they said a kids mani was 15 dollars. went to pay and they charged me 35 dollars. they gave her gel without asking me! 100% should have demanded to pay the 15 they had told me. stopped going here all together for acrylic nails. the photo was a picture of nails i’ve gotten before. DONT GO HERE

5 /5 Bethany Guerrero: I tried out Kim nails through class pass. The staff was the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced in a nails salon. Julia gave me a pedicure and was so sweet. They will do anything you ask them to with a kind smile. Would definitely go back.

1 /5 Karen: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Manicure Experience I had a manicure today that was unfortunately not up to par. The nail technician seemed inexperienced and didn’t appear confident in her work. Throughout the session, she seemed unsure of the steps, which affected the quality of the service. The polish application was uneven, and there were visible mistakes that she didn’t correct. I expected a more polished (literally and figuratively) experience but left feeling disappointed. Hopefully, with more training, this tech can improve, but based on today’s experience, I wouldn’t recommend.
