PAUL AP I recently brought my RAM 1500 to R&R for routine maintenance and installation of some new side steps , and I couldnt be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the process. The technicians demonstrated a deep understanding of RAM trucks, diagnosing the issue efficiently and providing a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs. The turnaround time was excellent, and they kept me updated throughout. My truck now runs smoothly and looks fantastic, and I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Janice Magrath Juan is one of the best mechanics I have dealt with. Honest, knows autos, and does not overcharge. He fixed a variety of problems on my used car, no problems afterwards. He understands autos and takes the time to find out exactly what he needs to fix.

Roger Taranto Precision is the best. Ive been going since Ken ran the place and when Luis took over, it got even better. They do good work, charge reasonable rates, and even teach me how to do simple stuff myself. They dont try to get me to do unnecessary work, and I trust them completely on the work they say is required.

Ashley Alexander Gus is great. Kind and reasonable. I have 3 cars and he has serviced all of them. Thanks for great service. I do know they moved locations. Something to note.

Chuck Paradis To my surprise. It was a great experience. I pass by this shop daily in my PT Cruiser without giving it a second look only because I was under the impressing they did minor automotive work such as oil changes and such. My normal mechanic is on vacation and my Cruiser suddenly started running terribly. I pulled into this shop and was greeted in a very professional manner. After a quick diagnostic. He found the problem and made the repairs within the same day. He returned the replaced parts only to find that he used the best replacement parts the market had to offer at a reasonable price. I recommend and would refer others to him.

Saseen Najjar Eddie is the man!! Check engine light came on while driving home and they took me in super last minute. They were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything to me even after the shop had closed, and even though I hadn’t paid for service! Sending this shop a lot of love. Give them your business!

The owner/mechanic is a genuine honest and trustworthy mechanic and he explains things thoroughly to you about your vehicle. Their prices are reasonable even for the type of luxury car I drive.
