When my car broke down I was anxious about the cost and time to fix it but the guys at Elite went out of their way to find the best solution at the best price. They always communicate clearly and the quotes they provided at the beginning didn’t change at the end. 1 /5 Ashley Khteian: I cannot even count the number of times Ive cried in the last two months over how badly this shop messed my car up. Im still dealing with the repercussion of bringing it here months ago originally just for brakes, no problems so brought it back for my 100k service and thats when their complete lack of competence began to surface. Its months later and my car is still completely messed up. Its caused me so much stress, time and money and I want to cry again just writing this. Please save yourself the anxiety and go elsewhere, especially for anything more than brakes. Not only did the forget to bolt down the entire underside of my car, but the spark plugs they installed completely shattered when I had another mechanic check them. The other mechanic said they didnt think the person who installed them had ever installed spark plugs before. Elite Complete also caused my car to misfire and continued running it. Complete rookies. Do not take your car here. This is 3 months in and Im still dealing with it. I just hired a lawyer because they refuse to take responsibility despite the fact that I have video and photographic proof of their mistakes as well as two other mechanics confirming.
