Kelly Moore You guys. If you need your hair cut, colored, pizazzed, changed, done up, etc., Luxe and Local is the place you want to go. I have had my hair done by 4 of the artists here and am always left feeling pampered and glamorous. They use the Oribe hair care line of hair products and I am the ONLY person I know who can say that during and after pregnancy my hair was growing instead of falling out.
