They also picked up my trade-in and had all of my contracts ready to go to be e-signed. 1 /5 brent kelly: I would stay far away from this dealership, I bought a used 2019 2500hd truck with 55K miles on it and it had an obvious engine ticking nose that I did not notice until I purchased the truck and it was delivered. I proceeded to bring the truck back immediately all for the dealership to say " this is a normal noise" "i dont hear anything" "it could be the high pressure fuel pump" " if its not broke we cant fix it" I am fortunate to have purchased the extended warranty for $3,500 for 3 years or 36k miles. This dealership made absolutely zero effort in anything helpful. I would not trust anything about this place. Worst service experience purchasing anything in my life.
