Preaching that is straight from the WORD of GOD! You can truly feel the love and presence of GOD. The pastor and ministry team truly care about your soul! You will not find more genuine people of GOD! This is the first church that I have been to where they walk the walk and not just talk the talk. Their lives and lifestyle match what they say and what you see in church. Because they have truly had a LIFE-CHANGING experience with GOD. And everyone who walks through the doors can have that same experience! Higher Ground is not just my church… but it is my family!

5 /5 The Jensley Report: I attended this church for many years. But I became depressed and selfish and became the lamb that got lost. Last fall my wife was crying and praying and out of the blue, a missionary contacted her and said can I pray for you? January 01, 2021 my wife and I were baptized in the wonderful name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as members of the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS. Im once again loving Jesus and praying and doing all I can to please the Lord. If not for Higher Ground Sanctuary, then on Hanna St, I would probably still be lost. Miss you brother Jack! 5 /5 Resa David: Awesome church! Such real people. God really moves here! They have Sunday School on Sunday morning for the kids. I just returned from a ladies retreat with the ladies in the mountains. The speaker did such a great job and really helped my walk with God. I also go to the Monday Funday and monthly events as much as possible. I am excited to go to service every week. I have a true relationship with God since Ive attended this church.

5 /5 K Sanchez: This is a church for the pure hunger for the Lord, if you are seeking the Lord, and need to plug in to the Holy Spirit. Because lets face it this world is so corrupt sometimes its best we find Holy ground away from all the distractions and get surrounded by believers that carry the pure Love of the Lord. This is the ground to run to, Higher Ground is family run, God our Father is Lord of Lords King of Kings, Jesus Christ our Savior and Redeemer and the Holy Spirit is the power we long for we need to plug in, be washed from our sin, guide you, teach you, be all God intended us to be. I felt compelled to write this review after reading the negative comment someone had shared. I confess I dont go to this church regularly as I no I should but I am definetly covienced that Higher Ground is the place I run to, to get healed to get filled to get all that God intented for me, to place me back on track on His will, and plan for me, not mine. I dont go to listen to a man thats going to feel my head with positive speaking to satisfy my mind with a temporary fix. I go to have a man that is Loyal to the Lord, a man that isnt afraid to be used by God, to a man that has opened his heart to allow the Holy Spirit to speak to our hearts. I suggests you close your eyes lift your hands and open your heart, ask the Lord to empty you of you, surender to the Lord humbly give it all to God our father listen with your heart not your ears this is what I do to hear the Lord, His Grace is sufficient. The spirit of the Lord will show up. The only question is, will you? Heavenly Father I give You all the Honor and Glory for this is your will not my own, I rebuke any satin evil negative spirit to inter fear with the works Your doing in peoples lives thank you I give You all the honor and praise and ask this in Jesus name the name above all names amen

5 /5 Micah: Message to Mark Cannon: Greetings, God has changed my life and he used this church and its Pastor to do it. No gimmicks, no scams, no lies, just giving you the real life experience of a member of this church. My relationship with my sons mom (now my wife - thank God) was broken, my relationship with my son was going nowhere, I was drinking everyday in order to drown out the solitude of my own thoughts and thats when I decided to come back to Higher Ground Church. Yes, I said back to. I left the church when I was much younger, and just like you, I didnt like some of the stands this church made on things like television, inappropriate dress on women, and submission to spiritual authority. But, Mark Cannon (if thats your real name - Ive attended this smaller sized church for a long time and have never meet or heard of anyone named Mark Cannon), those same standards that I wasnt happy about are the very things that brought me back. There is a church that is contending for the faith once delivered to the saints and I choose (not coerced or brainwashed) to stand with a church and Pastor Ted David who cared enough to help me when I couldnt help myself and who showed me the love of God through their own brokenness and selflessness. We cant argue against power that causes a man to change like this. Only God could do this, especially with a knuckle head like me. I now have 3 children, and one on the way, with my beautiful wife and we love our church. Your comments sound like those of a hurting man, who needs God just as much as I do. If youre willing to reveal your real name, I would love to open Gods Word with you to discuss your thoughts. The solitude of our own thoughts can be a very scary place, Ive been there, but there is deliverance. Reach out and allow God to heal your heart. Your comments can be hurtful to someone who is truly looking for God. Please remove your post, as you know it is not truthful.
