Kendall is incredibly perceptive and detail-oriented. She gets my color and highlights perfect every time, and I look forward to all of my appointments. Jean Franken Its a lovely place. Not at all pretentious, comfortable and Hyatt is the kindest of women. Also, shes such a gifted stylist and the price is terrific. You cant do much better than Hyatts Salon.

Rafey Balabanian I moved out of California about 3 months ago now and with the benefit of some time to reflect, I realize now what I miss the most: the sunsets at Stinson Beach? The beauty of Marin? The food in SF? The amazing people of NorCal? Nah, what I miss most is getting my haircut by David Karvesales from David James Salon. And it’s not close. David is not only the most talented stylist I’ve ever had, he’s also been the most consistent. He’s cut my hair for the last seven years and I swear that every time I left his salon, I had to send him a text to let him know that he surpassed the last cut he gave me. He did it every single time. Oh, and he’s also the coolest person you’ll ever meet. Unpretentious, kind, generous and so fun to talk to. I should have never moved. One of the biggest mistakes of my life.

Elaine Khoo Had a great outdoor haircut this past weekend. The owners have set up 2 cutting stations in front of the store, with umbrellas for shade during the pandemic. Super professional cut with everyone wearing masks. Staff are friendly and price is reasonable. They are open Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm, and Sat 9:30am - 5pm. Times vary right now so call before you go. Linda Fairchild I go to Megan. Shes amazing! My hair always looks great and she will trim your bangs anytime between cuts, no charge. Lovely person and great stylist.

Melanie Walker Anyone that is particular about their hair, man or woman, goes to Brewer Phillips. I have personally been going to Ann 40 years and even though that is forever, she continually surprises me with how up to date and modern she is. Always continuing her education with new styles and the latest products she also sells in her salon. Her color and haircutting expertise is beyond compare anywhere in Marin or the bay. She is an owner/operator and has a gorgeous salon with other stylists available as well. Make an appointment because they are that booked and the cancellation list is quite long if you feel lucky. There is, in my opinion, no other salon to go to
