5 /5 Melanie Walker: Anyone that is particular about their hair, man or woman, goes to Brewer Phillips. I have personally been going to Ann 40 years and even though that is forever, she continually surprises me with how up to date and modern she is. Always continuing her education with new styles and the latest products she also sells in her salon. Her color and haircutting expertise is beyond compare anywhere in Marin or the bay. She is an owner/operator and has a gorgeous salon with other stylists available as well. Make an appointment because they are that booked and the cancellation list is quite long if you feel lucky. There is, in my opinion, no other salon to go to

5 /5 Maranda Asbell: Had an appointment with Holly. She was able to cut my hair just how I had wanted it, after I showed her a few photos on my phone of different hair styles that I wanted aspects from. Holly absolutely nailed how I wanted my hair. I dont always have a great way of explaining how I want my hair, but she executed it perfectly. She was very professional, and all around I would absolutely recommend her. I will never go to anyone else!

5 /5 Patricia Palmerston: First of all, this place is BEAUTIFUL and has so many services offered (that I still have yet to try out). I came here for hair styling and received amazing service from Holly Schaefer, which I had expected because Ive been her client for over 4 years. I recommend asking for her first if shes available, but anyone here is highly skilled. She does great styling work and every time I see her she seems to have just learned a new style from a specialty class so it seems like she really likes to keep up with new trends and adapt her style. I honestly cant say enough good things about her styling, but I wanted to add that she is a COLOR EXPERT and did a beautiful job on my sisters hair when I took her for her birthday. Even if you go through her instagram (handle #styledinmarin) you can see the range of coloring, cuts for everyone and all hair textures, and even wedding hair styling. Amazing stylist and great conversationalist and can even pick up on when you dont really feel like having a conversation which is a very preferable skill when its your day off and you just want to relax. 5 /5 Ashlyn McKnight: I was ready to make a major styling change by shaving half my head, and Victoria was amazing in being able to get clear in what I wanted and how to do it. Its been two months and I still get comments on my haircut! Im looking forward to coming back and letting her continue her perceptive care.
