Tom Kempf Just had my 2009 Mini Cooper repaired here and had an excellent experience. I called and talked to Jason, who was very professional. He was knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to. He gave me all the information. I needed, and said I could come in same day and they would diagnose it in a few hours. Well, indeed they did ( a spark plug wire had gone bad) and in the course of the service they kept me informed and called to authorize service at every step. They had it done the next morning when the parts came in, which was as good as one could ask.
As to the poster who said not to go here, dont listen to him. I almost did, but when I called and talked to Jason it was clear he knew what he was talking about. The service was excellent in all respects, and the price was reasonable for what they did.
