1 /5 Scott Yu: I had a small dental procedure done in May by this Dentist in Oakland, first I had to pay $415 co-pay upfront, and the insurance should cover the rest, he assured me that won’t be anymore out of pocket cost, and if the insurance covers more, he will refund the difference. Now the work is done, insurance paid the claim, and he wanted me to pay additional co-pay. Apparently he low-ball the co-pay to lure me into doing the procedure. BE AWARE OF THIS DISHONEST DENTIST.
