Annie Dami Kim Kairos is a Greek word that means divine moment or opportunity. Kairos Christian Church is a welcoming church that offers a community of believers that strive to grow closer to God, individually and as a body of Christ. There is one main service for college, young adults, and young parents. There is a separate service for Children in the same building. Aside from regular Sunday service, there are weekly small group meetings in various locations throughout the San Diego County and regular prayer meetings at the church building.

Clifton Luke I have been attending Metropolitan Community Church in San Diego for over one year. I moved here from San Francisco (where I lived for 25+ years) and hoped to find a loving church community. Throughout my adult life, I have visited many churches but never really found anything that felt like a good fit. The moment I entered my first service at the Met, I immediately felt welcomed. Everyone is friendly, inviting, and non-pushy. The churchs philosophy is "come as you are." You dont have to hold any specific religious beliefs. The outlook is that everyone is on their own spiritual journey. Its a very accepting church. Anyone that wants to may take communion. This gentle, loving approach is what draws me to the Met, and the people are truly loving, kind, and supportive. There is no pressure to believe or do anything. Another major upside is that the church is financially stable (for example, it owns its own building), so there is also no pressure to contribute generously. I am confident you will find that this church will warmly welcome you and provide you the space, support and loving respect to nurture your deeply personal relationship with God, whatever it is meant to be for you.

Jonathan Son Compass is a Jesus-centered church with a solid staff that truly cares for the church. I’ve grown a lot in 3 years and have met some of my best friends here!

Erin Stonecipher We found Covenant when we moved to San Diego and are so glad to be part of this church family. The teaching, worship, and community is Christ-centered and biblical. The children’s ministry program offers a safe and caring environment for kids to grow in their faith and have fun with friends. Trent Nadelen Awesome Non-denominational church. Full of Grace and Truth. I am a single dad of three boys under 12 and from the first minute I stepped on their campus their staff was so gracious and helpful. Offering to take my boys to thier area so I could grab a much needed coffee before service. Wendell , the youth pastor, was incredibly hospitable and even followed up with me via text. Jerry the Lead Pastor stopped by to shake my hand and welcome me. Went back a second time and I have been going through some things as we all do. Just when I needed it Veronica came and introduced herself and took me to Associate Pastor Toby who prayed with me on the spot. A man named Mike saw that happening and came right up offering his words and special message he felt lead to give. Words can not express how much I needed that support today. I know where my tithe is going. This church and its members are the real deal. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.
