Ashley Farley Its a welcoming and loving church whose goal is to reach the lost in our community and the world. Our Sunday School is amazing love our children pastors they are so dedicated to teaching God word to our children !! The leadership is amazing . Pastor William and Miranda pours their hearts into teaching the Lord messages. There is so much I can go on and on

Wanda Whiteside I have never felt more comfortable and more welcomed as I have felt here. From the minute I stepped through the doors there was an air of acceptance. They didnt know that I was an exhausted religious freak living a death under the law. I now rejoice in the freedom that comes from Christ. "He who the son sets free is free indeed" (John 8:36). Many prefer the law and death, but I now enjoy grace and life.

Renee Schuyler I love the pastor, I love the come as you are, and I love they strive for drama free fellowship. Most of all I love the messages!

Bren Unfried A peaceful, friendly, inspiring experience! The building is very clean and fresh! The people are exceptionally friendly and the bulletin Is is very helpful in learning about the activities of the church. Our grandchildren really enjoy the childrens Activities offered during the church service. Pastor Kyle is a gifted teacher of Gods Word!

Stephen Smith My parents recently moved to Bakersfield to be closer to family. Dad passed March 22nd and we were fortunate to be able to hold his service at their new church. It is a beautiful campus with even more beautiful Christ servant/brothers and sisters.

Dulce Andrade The pastor there is very amazing the way he puts in God word with leader ship and ownership and just becoming a better person is awesome . When He is not there the other pastors are just as amazing, everybody so welcoming. They literally mean come as you go you can come in sweatpants or shorts and you will be accepted and welcome with all the warmth and love of everyone .

Bobby Rescola Ive always adored this church and used to perform here regularly with the Bakersfield college choir. The people here are wonderfully welcoming and the buildings are gorgeous. The signature pink and Gothicy, Spanish-villa style architecture are unique to this place.

OI M From the moment we drove in, we felt welcomed. From the welcome committee showing their kindness and love, making one feel welcomed. Showing the joy they have to serve our Lord and SaviorJESUS CHRIST. Not just going through the motions but being genuine. The staff inside, also pleasant and answering any questions with a smile. Now for Pastor Brandon...... I cant say anything but WOW. The way he explained the word of GOD, tying it with the current events and state of the world is like no other Pastor weve heard. Says it the way it is, not holding back to please anyone. Definitely wont have your ears tickled here with a soft and compromising message but a true conviction with the word of GOD. IF you are willing/wanting to grow in the Lord this is DEFINITELY where you want to come. My wife and I do NOT regret coming. WE LOVE IT!!

Sharlie Phillips My husband and I have been attending BLW regularly for over a year now, and I can say wholeheartedly, it is the BEST church I have ever attended. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Our Pastors (Leonard and Valorie Mancini) are humble, but MIGHTY servants of the Lord. Their mission statement “Reaching, teaching, mending, and sending” is an ever present spirit in the congregation, as they meet each member where they are, and encourage us to dig deeper and draw closer in our walk with the Lord. BLW will forever hold a precious place in my heart. May God continue to bless and keep this beautiful ministry.
