3 /5 Joe Conterno: Its a church and if it helps you be a better person then I say do it but I also say if keeping a rock in your pocket helps you be a better person then jeep a rock in your pocket whatever it is that makes you feel and be a better person then by all means do it be better feel better just dont look down on others look at them with brite eyes and positive thought and help them be a better person that is what is real give them a hand up to be a better person that is religion and Baptist is one of those that will make you a better person not for everyone but thats why there are so many religions chose the one that you conect to because we are all differant and dome like jeans some like slacks some like gowns some like dresses wear what suits you and makes you better a better person a better human being and will give a hand up not a hand out so we can all be better people love is the key not percussion I salute all religions as long as they work for you . But if a rock works use a rock whatever works use it cause we could use better people

5 /5 Mark Richey: My wife and I have found a home community and family at First Baptist Church of Grass Valley. We were looking for a church where we could have a sense of belonging, grow spiritually, serve God and serve His people. We felt welcome from the first time we stepped in the door 3 years ago. This is no perfect church, since all churches are filled with imperfect people. But, it is a good church, doing good in the surrounding community, training the followers of Jesus to grow by teaching the Bible, supporting and sending missionaries beyond our region of the world, and praying fervently and consistently. I recommend First Baptist Church to anyone who is seeking a local church to call home or who wants to know who Jesus is. I hope to see you there!

5 /5 Lionel deBoisblanc: I started attending First Baptist Church on a regular basis a little over 7 years ago. I was at first struck by the overall friendliness of this church. There is nothing pretentious or fake about the welcoming into a true House of God. No matter your problems they honestly want to help with prayers for healing and any other problems. In the last year my wife and I took the steps necessary to finally become members and it was one of the best thing we have ever done.
