Changed my cylinder and cleaned my coil, my car literally would not drive stalled at every red light just to get to there,I was so worried about how much this was going to cost that I was going to have to borrow Money to get repaired. I went into the office to pay they said I can go now now I asked them how much they again said I could go he then replied that I’ve been such a loyal customer that the work was on them today, I was was totally shocked and sat in my car with tears I just couldn’t believe it. It feels great to break up with the dealership. Tim and his staff are amazing! I took my 2020 Range Rover Sport for a suspected coolant leak. I brought it in the morning and they even had a loaner car for me. Zero hassle. They performed a full diagnostic and sent me photos of the repairs that needed to be done. They did the work for a very reasonable price and i was able to pick up my car in the same day! I’m so happy I found you guys. Thank you Import Auto Clinic :)

Karina Callejas I dropped my car on off on 5/22/25 and picked it up 5/30/25. As you can see from the before and after pics, they did a great job! Thankfully, my insurance paid for the repair and I was only responsible for the deductible ($500). Happy with the care and service! Would recommend

Alison Brown My car blew a tire on the freeway near the median when my son was driving it and the Highway Patrol insisted on pushing it off even thou it was 2 am and very little traffic and I had AAA coming. Unfortunately when they did that the angle my tire was at it broke the axle and my insurance wont cover it. I had it towed to Franks and its been there for almost 2 months while I try and save the money to fix it. he has been patient with me. Not many places would be. I finally have enough money, I think, and wouldnt think of having anyone but Frank fix it Thank You !!
