I was expecting something major and expensive but after they inspected I was told that a nut was loose after tightening the problem was solved no more shaking. Cathiemarie Fling This is a small but busy shop because Carlos, the owner, knows what hes doing and does it well. I was referred to him by both Napa Auto. AND. OReillys auto parts shops as the guy to go to when l had trouble starting my car . Carlos fixed the problem the same day l brought it in and l dont feel like l was overcharged or taken advantage of because Im an old lady. Ill take my van back to him if l ever need repair work done on my van again.

Jacqui Gaulden Andrew has been the most straight up and honest mechanic Ive ever worked with. Ive found mechanics to be intimidating in the past, but Andrew and Chuck put me right at ease. Stewart Brown The shop and guys at Milts Service Garage did an excellent job again. Adrian and Keith took care of me as always. My 2016 Suburban had lost power and wouldnt shift in gear or engage. I called Milts and they got me in right away. They first ran a diagnostic and it turned out I needed a new transmission. It was a big expense, but I knew I could trust this shop to get the job done right the first time and get my vehicle back on the road, and thats what they did. Mike Smith after dealing with parent company Wicked Sounds for several years without incident I was more than willing to give Wicked Automotive a shot when my diesels air conditioning pump took a crap on me. I dropped truck off and they got right on it diagnosing the issue making sure what I had explained to them was indeed the issue. they confirmed the issue and dug deeper to find what led up to that issue. they fixed the air conditioning and got back to me extremely quick. air blew colder than ever before. they didnt try to up sale me or make me feel like I was dumb. they did the job, got me back my truck affordably and checked in on me a week later to assure I was no longer having issues. the owner and his team will do their best to make sure in the event of an issue down the road you will be wanting to call them first. A+ customer service and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMEND.
