1 /5 Nina Taylor: I got my gel nails done yesterday and they are already peeling off. the nail tech was in a rush and was not carefully taking off the previous gel. My nails ended up thin and brittle. My nails were not shaped, just simply cut and lightly filed. The gel paint job was thick and gloopy and it did not cure properly. To the point where I had to ask her to do two nails over again because they were so bad and she still rushed it.

1 /5 Mika Ho: I went to this nail salon yesterday, and it was a terrible experience. The technician made me bleed while removing my cuticles, and they didnt offer a discount. They didnt disinfect the tools before using them. Even though I was bleeding, I still gave a tip, but the owner just said it was the normal amount and didnt offer any discount. This is how my wound looks a day later—its still bleeding and hurts when it gets wet. Im very disappointed and giving a bad review.

When I pointed out, she said my fingers are fat and thick as they are. She wasn’t skillful enough to do the style I wanted. Total ~$200. Not worthy.

I generally have a good experience here, but my most recent service was disappointing. I had nail polish left on my skin on multiple fingers. Within a week, every single one of my nails had chipped. A lot really depends what tech you get — some are great while others do a really poor job.

5 /5 A A Cee: Called in the late afternoon to see if they could fit me in for a manicure and pedicure and thankfully they were able to do so. Lanny did a really nice job on my deluxe pedicure, which was extremely overdue. She got all the calluses off and my feet now look and feel so much better. Next LyLy did my deluxe manicure and she also did a really nice job despite my nails being in absolutely atrocious shape. Im glad I upgraded from a basic manicure at the last second because my skin really enjoyed the extra pampering and really needed that extra moisturizer and very glad they were able to accommodate me. This isnt a super fancy salon, but its good and its cute just the way it is...and the prices arent inflated to pay for a fancy atmosphere...I personally appreciate that. They also didnt force me to have a super awkward conversation and Im so grateful for that because I didnt have it in me to talk much. Despite not talking much, the ladies and the other staff were all very sweet, kind, professional, and I felt like they took good care of me. I enjoyed my experience and will happily come back. Thank you for making time for me today!!
