East Bay Church of Religious Science - Oakland (CA)

4 So awesome i had to join! This is the family sense i grew up with in my childhood church!

Diana D I have not personally attended this church, but have met a lot of people from here who really LOVE it. I really appreciate how they serve local Oakland ministries like Cityteam Oakland (which is tackling the homelessness crisis) & Harbor House (which gives education and care to immigrants). Looking forward to visiting this church myself next month!

Brenda Great preaching from the Bible every Sunday! Go there at 10:45am. Nice members.

Tim Hohm Talk about authenticity! Sequoyah is truly community. Dynamic music with a live band was so good. The people are so friendly and the message was relevant, practical, and inspiring. I also LOVE the multi-cultural and multi-generational feel. It is truly a representation Oakland and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Ton T I can’t tell if this building is still being used as a Church but it’s Spanish influenced architecture facade and roof appears to be in need of repairs. I hope it’s renovated as it’s quite an appealing building.

M G St Elizabeth Parish has so many services on Sundays it’s awesome if you can’t make it so early you can go later to the next. They offer services in both English and Spanish. Me and my family love coming to mass here

Neal Donovan Beautiful building right near the lake. Ive seen a handful of shows here and love the sanctuary. Gorgeous stained glass, great acoustic, impressive organ. Staff are super welcoming.

Jolane Abrams Church building is traditional and attractive. Congregation is warm and welcoming.

Chris Montgomery Amazing church, loving congregation, and vital to improving the community. Everybody in the Fruitvale District should come and join this family!
