Sung Jin Ahn Few weeks ago, I went out for dinner in Concord area with my friends from Pleasanton. As we were arriving at the restaurant, someone noticed a puddle of water under my car. I called a towing but it was too expensive to get it towed to my area. So we looked up a shop, and Choes Auto Center came up with best reviews. It was a weekend so everything was closed. We just had our car towed to Choes and called them on Monday. As they are highly rated shop, their appointments were fully booked. But knowing my situation, the owner got our car fixed in just a day and half staying over time. His understanding and kindness not only saved me time, but saved me financially because I didnt have to tow the car and rent a car for the service. I highly recommend Choes for their honest diagnostics and understanding.

Michael Cunningham Just brought my 2022 Volvo xc60 in for oil change. Franks services my 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman. My new car warranty is done, now both of my cars are serviced at Franks. This shop is a find. Great communications, comprehensive service reporting and planning tool for future servicing. Helps with the budget for scheduled service intravals. Clean shop and clean car when picked up. They are excellent in details. Example, my Mini was in for service and they found and fixed (no extra charge) my rear window washer that had poor spray pattern. I forgot to mention it but in their routine inspection, they noticed and fixed. Plus folks are professional and focused on you no matter how busy. All work perform has met my expectations. Fenwick Sereal Great place to get your car repaired and no hassle, very knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. They have worked on three of my cars from my old school to my daily driver to my truck and every problem was solved, cars don’t run forever but they have given my cars new life.

Ruben Cruz Douglas is a really nice man with a lot of talent in fixing up cars. When he went over my car and told me I needed to replace somethings in it, it wasnt just that. He went over why I should replace and it what it would mean for the longevity of my car. He showed me the old part and how it was damaged and what could have happened if not replaced and ever since then I have not had any problems with my car. I recommend him to any one in the area! I trust him because of his quality work and will go back to him if I ever need help with my car.

Derrick Bautista Ernesto is the best !! I had a rear seal issue with my 2001 Silverado. He answered all my questions, share pictures with me as he was installing parts end the truck was ready the same day! All for a great price. My truck guy for future major repairs. Thanks !

Nadeem Mohiuddin I am a new car owner and own a VW Jetta from 2010, and its a pretty sensitive car that needs proper maintenance. At the time, I was having engine issues and wasnt sure where to go for repairs and an oil change. My experience at Foreign Auto Care was amazing! The customer service is excellent and the prices are very good for foreign cars (Jiffy Lube expected me to pay ~250 for an oil change whereas it was 150 here). I have to give a big thank you to Carlos for being a great manager; he genuinely cares about meeting your needs instead of taking your money. Overall a 10/10 for the business and the people who work here.

Josef Rolando and his team have done multiple repairs on my vehicle. These guys are honest, reasonable, and reliable. Highly recommend if you live in the bay area. 5 stars hands down.
