Snow Zhu TPLO surgery day! From the first visit to the third, every step of the process has been handled with great care and professionalism. The clinic has a well-staffed team that efficiently manages all aspects and logistics. The surgery was successful, and my trust in the doctors and nurses here is an absolute 10/10. They provided a detailed post-op guide, pre- and post-surgery X-ray images, and a well-prepared bag of medications, which has greatly relieved my anxiety about the recovery phase. Sindhuri Mamidi Fremont Kaiser is literally the most laziest office I have ever been to! Santa Clara ofc is much better and prompt whenever I ask questions. The lady at the lab is always passive aggressive with all her patients. If you hate working so much may be just sit at home? Who is forcing her!
