1 /5 Joshua Millberry-Davis: Generator only lasted 900 hours and they refused to cover it under warranty. These machines are built to fail after about 1000 hours and service techs will find a reason to void warranty. Customer service was rude and condescending. Buy a Honda much better more fuel efficient and easier to repair.

5 /5 Ed Turanchik: We could not have had better service. We are full time RVers. We had an emissions issue that had to be immediately addressed. Joe got us in the shop very quickly, David stayed on top of getting the necessary parts, and Connor did a spectacular job fixing our Cummins diesel on our motorhome. He carefully explained everything he was doing and why. It turns out the repair was covered under a Cummins campaign. Because of the nature of the repair, we had to stay in the yard for several nights while parts got here. Everyone was super and incredibly accommodating. This is a first rate shop run by honest, straight-forward and helpful professionals.

5 /5 Laird C: Just had our motor home worked on and I was very satisfied with the whole process. We called a couple of weeks in advance to make an appointment and I also requested to use their hookups since we would be arriving later in the day. Their set up for RVs isnt quite as good as weve experienced at other Cummins locations but we managed fine. Joe was who we checked in with and he was very professional and kept us very informed on what to expect. We had a check engine light issue that was intermittent so Jared started work on it the next morning. He came up with an initial diagnosis of a bad egr valve then dug a little deeper to confirm it. When he was sure that was it, Joe did up an estimate for repairs and confirmed they had all the parts (which they did). Gary the next technician went to work on getting the job done and because he finished quicker than they expected they reduced my bill. As it was getting late in the day we were able to stay one more night and left the next morning. Two weeks later we have had no check engine light show up so it appears they were correct. All in all Im happy they took care of our problem and appreciate the attitude and skill of everyone we dealt with at Cummins. No problem returning should we need help again.

5 /5 Janet Jordan: Our motorhome broke down. These people were fabulous! Took us in, ordered the part & repaired the unit the very next day. (We came in late the day prior) They also allowed us to spend the night in our motorhome in their yard with water & power. Larry & I can’t say enough good about these people. Very courteous, efficient, and go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and back on the road!

5 /5 Aaron Walters: Absolutely the best shop. Fixed my SCR recall in an RV park without drama. Called them a couple days later East if Medford way outside their usual area but they walked me through handling an engine shutdown because of coolant issue. Helped me fix over the phone and avoided a tow. I may keep calling when I get an issue in the middle of the country.
