April Miller Started taking my vehicles there a few years ago after my mom’s husband died and hearing how they were so good to my mom. This place is beyond your regular shop. They are truly “there for you” take care of issues quickly, accurately and pricing is always very fair. Tonya is so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend and so glad I made the switch.

Sarah Dale My young adult daughter moved to Jackson, far from the mechanics and business we know and trust. L+M Automotive was recommended by a tire shop as being trustworthy, reasonably priced, and doing good work. L+M was friendly, compassionate, and went above and beyond to accommodate my daughters scheduling/work schedule. The wipers didnt work. It turned to be a simple issue that L+M was able to fix quickly. It was a great experience. We feel safe and happy to work with L+M in the future.

Wayne Darling Im not from this area & have only been here once but i wouldnt mind going back there at all. Everyone was always smiling & it just had a good vibe all around. Everything went smoothly & had no reasons to complain. The Gentleman there even stopped what he was doing to help push the non-running car all the way out to our Flatbed. Ive been to Alot of Repair Shops & TowYards & 95% of them Wont help with stuff like that. I would definitly recommend these guys for this area Mainly based on how helpful they are. They were a pleasure to deal with & they seemed to know what they were doin because it didnt seem like there was any shortage of work/cars in the parking lot.

steven strange The staff and technicians are top notch. I had a 60,000 service done on my F150 Ford truck, and completed a brake replacement which was overdue. Windy Ortega They are very welcoming. I had to cancel my 1st 2 appointment, and no showed to my 3rd appointment do to the passing of my father. I called to apologize and to reschedule my appointment and they got me in the very next day. Louis even gave me his condolences regarding my fathers passing. Thank you Big O

Jennifer Lee Patty was the best person to work with! She was super helpful and genuinely cared. She kept me posted with updates and ultimately my car was not repaired, it was totaled out. I am writing this review because I had mentioned to Patty that the assignment name was "In the Estate of" because my mother passed away, she actually expressed her sorrow for my loss, that meant a lot during this difficult time. Its nice that there are still decent humans out there. Thanks Patty!

Suzy Weiss Recently, we were passing through Jackson, CA on our way home to the bay area. We needed to get gas and most important a bathroom stop. Gas prices at Tresslers Tire & Performance were good and it had place for snacks and a pit stop. As usual, I sent my husband in first to check out the level of cleanliness of the bathroom. When he came back he said, I think you are going love this bathroom. I want to give a big thank you and a top recommendation for the cleanest bathroom over and above any of our road trips.
