2 /5 Mary Mkrtchian: I’ve been meaning to try this place, so today I did. What attracted me was it looked clean. After looking at their reviews, decided to give them a try. Well I should’ve read further pasted the first 5 reviews. The only nice thing about this place is that it looks new and very clean.
I was a walk in, they weren’t that busy Sunday 11:30 am, they only were working on 2 clients and 1 was at drying table, so they took me in. I need to remove my gel polish and get regular manicure. I felt rushed, I was done in 35 minutes, that included drying time. $30 + 5 tip. Was not worth it. The so called massage was just applying lotion on each hand and that’s it. No part of this was relaxing or enjoyable experience. She had to remove polish twice because she didn’t buff nail bed but after I had to point it out to her. It still left bumps. After I left I called the owner to let him know that it was less than a relaxing enjoyable experience, all he said was okay like that’s why I’m calling for. No apologies rushed me off to hang up. I gave them 2 starts because they are clean, have good selection of color polishes, and they were welcoming. I really didn’t want to say anything when I was there I figured it’s okay. But after I got in my car and kept looking I was not impressed with the quality. I figured the owner should know.
