1 /5 Rachel Williams: I walked in and was asked how they could help me. I told them I was looking at what service they had since it was my first time there. The man rudely responded: "Well, this is a spa." I hesitated because of his tone and response but still was pleasant with the rude man.
1) He needs to know that not all places offer the same services...
2) I then asked about their nails services and he told me they couldnt do that yet because of covid. Umm... do you not realize the irony? Why the rude response when you dont offer full services right now? The man was not wanting to help at all.
I then asked about a haircut and he said he was booked for awhile. He did not bother to see if anyone else was available and did not even offer to say how far out awhile meant. I had to ask him about how long that was.
I was unfortunate enough to be there when another person walked in that does haircuts. I made an appointment with her for 4:30 and was told that I would get a call to come back in. I never got a call. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time before calling because I know covid regulations makes salons sanitize between customers and I didnt want to bug them if they were busy. It was around 5 that I called and left a message. I knew my appointment was at 4:30, so I was already in the area and had been for the past hour. Instead of waiting for a call back, I drove by the store to find it empty! I couldnt believe my eyes so I tried to go up to the door and open it. Sure enough they had closed early and didnt bother to even call me.
This place is very unprofessional and the good reviews are misleading...
