5 /5 Desiray Torres: Jesus and Jessenia are the best nail techs I’ve had in all the years I’ve been getting my nails done. I’ve been coming to Jessenia since before she opened her own place aka here. I’ve recommended my own family and friends to them and continue too. They are really easy to talk to so don’t worry about being in an awkward situation.

2 /5 Nina Elle: Came in for a Fresno state graduation nail set & a pedi. My tech was the owner Jessenia. I gave her ideas of what I wanted & told her I wanted coffin tips. Jessenia said she had a great idea for my set & to trust the process. At the end I got a 4th of July nail set then told she couldn’t do coffin tips because I got short nails. She kept saying my nails looked pretty. I wasn’t content tho due to the blue stones being the wrong color, middle finger color combo & poor blending of what was supposed to be marble but I tried hard to be ok with it. I messaged Jessenia later on that night & asked her if she could at least fix the middle finger & change out the blue stones on my nails. Which she agreed to do. But when it came down to setting a time for me to come back in she GHOSTED me! I messaged her nicely a couple of times following up & got NO response! She continued to post on instagram while ignoring my messages. I was so disappointed as she seemed nice during the appointment but that’s where it ended. I had even left her a nice tip. Overall, poor business practice. Now I have to pay someone else to fix this mess.
