Michael Cunningham Just brought my 2022 Volvo xc60 in for oil change. Franks services my 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman. My new car warranty is done, now both of my cars are serviced at Franks. This shop is a find. Great communications, comprehensive service reporting and planning tool for future servicing. Helps with the budget for scheduled service intravals. Clean shop and clean car when picked up. They are excellent in details. Example, my Mini was in for service and they found and fixed (no extra charge) my rear window washer that had poor spray pattern. I forgot to mention it but in their routine inspection, they noticed and fixed. Plus folks are professional and focused on you no matter how busy. All work perform has met my expectations. nicholas cash Joes is the best in town. I was sure that I needed a certain job done. I called them asking for a quote. They were the only shop out of 12 that said “I want to look first”. They poked and prodded at my car for like 30 minutes, came back and said that it didn’t need the work I had assumed (which was a 1200 dollar job). That’s it was a $50 part and some new tires. This is the why the 5 starts and the long format review. Standup honest places like Joes are few and far between. If you need suspension or brakes work. Go to Joe’s they are the best in the business.

Raymond Han Will and his crew are the real deal. Super chill, honest, and genuinely good people. We brought in our car with a couple of scuffs and a deep scratch, and they took care of it quickly and professionally without trying to push for anything . What stood out the most is that they work for you, not the insurance company. You can tell they actually care about helping people, not just making money. It’s rare to find an auto shop that feels this trustworthy. Highly recommend if you want solid work from folks who have your back

Ango I was in desperate need of help trying to get a stripped bolt out of my oil pan mating surface. (Very delicate spot to strip a bolt). After so many failed attempts I was ready to just pay a professional to do it for me. I finally called Carlos, and he just asked me to send a picture of the damage. After he saw the situation, he gave me advice over the phone that I followed exactly and I actually got it out on my own! He didn’t ask for anything in return! He’s an absolute lifesaver, and is honest, he restored my faith in mechanics!
