Brighteyes25100 I have come here twice. My Dad has come multiple times. My first repair or should I say replacement was for my catalytic converter that was stolen. This time was because my Instrument Cluster Circuit Panel went out. This had been a problem for quite some time. I was just thinking it wasn’t a big deal. Thankfully it gave me all the signs I needed to finally take it in. I was happy when they called and said it was ready to be picked up. It’s like my car is brand new again even though it’s 16 years old. So grateful to Frank for fixing it. He also fixed a piece of my car vent in the estimate. I couldn’t be happier.

Christina Konze Mark is the beat mechanic in town. I will only take my car here from now on! So nice, communicative, and fair. My car drives a hundred percent better after taking it here.

Tara Wollak If I could give Autos International in Concord 20 Gold Stars, I would! I have had a really bad experiences in the past with auto mechanics/dealerships on prior vehicles, who milk you for all you are worth for unnecessary repairs and who over charge. Thus, when my 2020 vehicle died in traffic, I took extra care in researching shops in the area to get the best bang for the buck for necessary repairs. AAA recommended a few shops to me, including this one. I found that Autos International has the lowest labor rates, with the best service Ive ever had hands down for repairs. John is absolutely fantastic, broke down what was necessary for repairs, took pictures of the trouble areas and sent them over to me with quotes, answered all my questions, and was quick to respond to my questions. Plus, he was really reasonable in what he charges for repairs!!!! If you have AAA, you also qualify for additional discounts. Going to a mechanic is like going to the dentist. You know its going to hurt! LOL! But now that I have found a mechanic I truly trust with my vehicle, making the experience much less painful. Thank you Autos International for AMAZING Service!!! I plan to refer many friends and family to you.

Betty Vigil I was referred by a very close friend to go to Advanced Mobile. From the minute I spoke with Alfredo, I knew this would be a good experience! I wont lie I had some anxiety about taking my car to a different place. Alfredo was amazing! He kept me updated and explained everything. Nadeem Mohiuddin I am a new car owner and own a VW Jetta from 2010, and its a pretty sensitive car that needs proper maintenance. At the time, I was having engine issues and wasnt sure where to go for repairs and an oil change. My experience at Foreign Auto Care was amazing! The customer service is excellent and the prices are very good for foreign cars (Jiffy Lube expected me to pay ~250 for an oil change whereas it was 150 here). I have to give a big thank you to Carlos for being a great manager; he genuinely cares about meeting your needs instead of taking your money. Overall a 10/10 for the business and the people who work here.

Ronnie Cale My van wouldn’t shift out of park. They came to my house, diagnosed a broken shift cable, replaced it right there, tested everything, and it’s shifting fine now. Saved me from paying for a tow.

Michael Cunningham Just brought my 2022 Volvo xc60 in for oil change. Franks services my 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman. My new car warranty is done, now both of my cars are serviced at Franks. This shop is a find. Great communications, comprehensive service reporting and planning tool for future servicing. Helps with the budget for scheduled service intravals. Clean shop and clean car when picked up. They are excellent in details. Example, my Mini was in for service and they found and fixed (no extra charge) my rear window washer that had poor spray pattern. I forgot to mention it but in their routine inspection, they noticed and fixed. Plus folks are professional and focused on you no matter how busy. All work perform has met my expectations. Shuttle available.
