Patricia Smith I have had Dr. Holly Salem as my primary care physician for years now and I LOVE her! She really takes the time to talk with me and whatever is going on....she looks at the whole picture, not just the symptom I may be presenting with. She has a great bedside manner, and Ive now made her the PCP for my hubby and son too! The only bummer is that she is busy, so it isnt always easy to get a quick appt....but I will deal with that, as I have never had a PCP care so much and be so "real" while also being a great doctor. We moved and live 45 min away, but I will make the drive anytime to stay with Dr. Salem....

Several tests, procedures, phone calls later we now have answers . Even though there is more to follow up . Her sharp judgment , knowledge helped me see what I am now dealing with .She accurately caught it before it turn more serious. Best part is her genuine care for her patients and advocates for them. I am so thankful for having her as my health care provider. Thanks to the kind lady at Irvine Office who answer my phone when I was having a bad day trying to switch medical group. Her empathy during our short phone conversation meant a lot to me . Thanks to all staffs during past 4-5 months. Thanks to a very kind Lisa Bui and her supervisor who handled my requests promptly. Sometimes there were some hiccups with front office at another branch but it was understandable given their work load . I always pick up my phone and call them if I didn’t hear from them regarding my test results , my message etc at a reasonable time.

Frank Visco I have been a patient of Beach City Dermatology for several years. My previous doctor retired about two years ago so continued in the group with Dr. Pascal Ferzli. I have seen him three times for six month checkups. I’m very pleased with his attention to detail, his interest in my general health, and his friendliness. I’m also very impressed and pleased with his medical support staff and his office staff. This is a first rate medical team and facility.

Christy TGodinez After the passing of our mother, our father became very ill and was in severe pain. When he got to the ER, they took him immediately. The staff and nurses were kind, thoughtful, and attentive. One of the nurses who stood out the most and went above and beyond was Nurse Bonnie Nguyen. She is an amazing nurse who took the time to answer our questions and concerns. She is very respectful and compassionate about her patients. She came in frequently to check on our father and he actually felt cared for. We knew he was in good hands under her care after each visit with him. Our family is very impressed that his room is very clean. Thank you to everyone at this hospital that makes this a positive experience.

doug M I spent almost two days contacting (phone calls & messaging via patient portal) my local medical facility (Op**m) trying to get a prescription for COVID (I’m fully vaccinated). I finally made a virtual appointment with Dr. Dangvu and within 5 minutes got the help needed. So great full and hope it will get me done with this.
