Their experienced team provides an honest, fair, and professionally personal service that is only getting harder to find these days. They were conscientious of my time and my car, and were able to do for hundreds what the dealership quoted thousands for, and I would have paid twice that just for the peace of mind that an actual expert looked at my vehicle. He is trustworthy and reliable- explains the issue/his reasoning clearly, honest pricing, doesnt "overfix" to overcharge, flexible to us but himself fixes in a timely manner, responds promptly, and redirects to other facilities when he knows an issue lies there instead.
