Samson, in particular, was incredibly kind and honest throughout my experience. He assisted with my vehicle inspection and took the time to address even the simplest tasks, making sure I felt valued as a customer. In todays world, its rare to find trustworthy mechanics who genuinely care about their clients. Samsons warm demeanor and straightforward approach made the whole process enjoyable. Because i am a girl, i feel dealerships always try to upsell me. Met Sam and he did a thorough inspection and it turned out i did not need the services the dealership was trying to push on me. He showed me every piece under the car and under the hood and explained what each point in the report referred to, and why it was not a problem.
