1 /5 Samantha Johnson: I brought my car to this shop on June 19, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. He tore my car apart supposedly to send pictures to insurance—but used the wrong claim number and even said it was the wrong name proving he didn’t listen to anything I said in the first place cause my insurance is in my sisters name and Every time I followed up, it was a new excuse: first the claim, then the photos weren’t right, then suddenly my car was going to sit there for weeks—torn apart and unusable. After speaking with my insurance and other companies, I realized this guy has a reputation for being shady and completely unprofessional. He wasted my time, damaged my car situation, and stalled the entire insurance process. This place isn’t just bad for business—it’s run by someone who clearly doesn’t care about being honest or responsible with people’s property or time. I wouldn’t trust him personally or professionally. Save yourself the stress and avoid Auto Inc. at all costs.

Hes honest, fair, and reasonable, making him perfect for anyone, especially young drivers or those unfamiliar with cars. Ive been taking my vehicle to Justin since I was 16, and now, at 22, I still trust him completely. My mom has also been a loyal customer for years. Justin has handled everything from transmission replacements to simple battery replacements. Hes always accommodating, fitting me in without notice, and gets me back on the road quickly at a fair price. Recently, I referred a friend to Justin, and she was experiencing major car issues with no funds for a $5,000 repair. Justin generously accepted her broken vehicle as trade-in for $1,000 credit and helped her purchase a reliable used car. While he cant give everyone a car, his kindness and willingness to help those in need is truly appreciated. Thank you, Justin, for being an exceptional mechanic and an even better person!"

5 /5 A Sargent: Had a great experience with Justin. Our car wouldn’t start and we had it towed to Auto Inc. Justin, the owner stayed in contact with me and provided quick, honest service. He even stayed an hour past closing so that we could pick up our vehicle after work. I was very pleased and happy knowing I have a mechanic that didn’t take advantage. Thank you Auto Inc!!!

5 /5 Shanel Moore: Experienced some car trouble over the weekend and was referred to Auto Inc. and thank goodness we were. First off Justin was amazing he was transparent and explained to us the things that need to be done and why we were having the issue we were having. He got our repairs done and got us back out on the road. He was very kind a super efficient.. He absolutely just gained a loyal customer. Five stars is not enough.

I have had my car into him for a few different things and each time hes taking the time to explain to me whats wrong, what he needs to do, and he shows me the parts that he replaced and told me why, so he made me feel very comfortable.
