Larissa Trochez Luna I had an incredible experience at Orozco’s Auto Service! After taking my car to several shops to fix the climate control system but none of them were able to properly diagnose or fix the issue. Orozco’s was finally able to resolve the issue immediately. They kept me informed throughout the entire service process by sending real-time updates via a link through text message, which clearly displayed the services being performed and the findings on my vehicle. Their shuttle service made everything even easier, and the entire team was extremely kind and professional. Special shoutout to Randy and Alejandra—both were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and top-quality service.

Elvis Cervantes My battery light came on this morning on the way back from the store. My buddy recommended this mechanic. Ameer came to where my car was and noticed that the serpentine belt was gone. He was able to get parts and replace within an hour. Highly recommend this mechanic for hassle free and urgent scenarios.

John Castle Ive been going to Long Beach auto clinic for more than 10 years now and I love the place. Ive referred many people there as well. John is Amazing and the mechanics are legit. I recently moved 20 minutes away from their shop and I still go there. Its hard to find a solid honest mechanic!!!

Rudy Huezo Ghassem’s Service Center in the LBC provides amazing service for a fair price! I was referred to them by a neighbor and I’m glad I called and took my Prius in for service. The catalytic converter was stolen and I priced out a few service shops including Toyota (you can only buy the part from Toyota!) I stopped by Ghassem’s and their price for parts a labor was a lot less than the others. They were very courteous and knowledgeable and kept their word - which is very important to me. They also installed a metal shield that I purchased from CAT to hopefully thwart any future attempts to steal the catalytic converter.

Marco Salazar First time coming to this shop. Straightforward: called in for an appointment, and was able to bring in my vehicle same week for service. 24-hours later after drop-off, my 1997 Toyota 4Runner is running smooth and no longer has a clunking sound going off at 65mph! Thank you to Cassie, and her team for taking good care of me! Definitely returning back and getting ALL MY SERVICES done here moving forward !

Papaya Babe I love this guy. I’ve lived on Long Beach for five years, and all of my friends recommended him, and he did not disappoint. So I went he’s super nice gives you a great price(that’s what my dad said) lol. He’s conveniently located in downtown Long Beach. Being away from home I really need a reliable go to available affordable and trustworthy person. And I definitely recommend him!!!!

edgar Reyes Really good mechanics around the neighborhood. Took my honda due to making a sound in my brakes even though they were brand new. They told me the job was done wrong and they took it in and after a few hours got everything working properly and I havnt hear the sound since Tuesday. Totally recommend I have a honda and they did a wonderful job.
