Macroaquire I was very impressed with Veterans Diesel. Very honest, and strait talk with my repair and cost. My truck was repaired in a timely manner. And it runs great now. I let a few weeks go by, driving it around, before this review. My truck has no issues and is running the best its ran in a long time. I will recommend them to friends.

Clifford Barclay Brandon came to our rescue after my 4Runner’s oil can light came on driving over the Shasta pass. I texted him at 11pm on a Saturday night, praying a mechanic might respond, even though most in Redding are closed on Sundays. Sure enough, Brandon contacted me first thing in the morning and made time to help diagnose the issue. He was honest, communicative, and knowledgeable. If I were a Redding resident, I’d use him as my go-to mechanic.

All the office staff and mechanics were helpful, knowledgeable and more than pleasant to work with! I had the front end of my truck rebuilt and a lift kit installed including heavy duty parts! Kevin did phenomenal suggesting what parts to use and how to correct my issues. Kevin’s attention to every detail and professional work has my truck driving like new again. Their estimates are honest, repairs are thorough and there is always a warm smile at the door. Some mechanics recommend things good for their wallet, these folks recommend only what you need to help your Honda run longer. They have helped keep my 94 civic clear 400k miles and just keep running, as well as nearly 250k miles on my 05 Accord.

Stephanie Bokor We were on a trip and our car started shaking severely when using the brakes. We stopped in and spoke with Charles. He was so kind and understanding. He was able to get the car diagnosed. What we thought was just a brake problem turned out to be an engine mount going bad. Charles was so honest and told us not to keep going South (we had 9 more hrs of travel). He also told me not to put any more money into my vehicle as its on end of life. I have never had a more honest mechanic in my life. Chris, the guy at the front counter was also great. I truly wish these guys lived near us so. We could use them again. Thank you Charles and Chris.
