Alison Brown My car blew a tire on the freeway near the median when my son was driving it and the Highway Patrol insisted on pushing it off even thou it was 2 am and very little traffic and I had AAA coming. Unfortunately when they did that the angle my tire was at it broke the axle and my insurance wont cover it. I had it towed to Franks and its been there for almost 2 months while I try and save the money to fix it. he has been patient with me. Not many places would be. I finally have enough money, I think, and wouldnt think of having anyone but Frank fix it Thank You !!

Fit Defined First of all I wanted to say thanks to Stewart and Keith for always delivering!!! These guys put in work with a smile on their face. As a business owner I know working 6 days a week can get excruciating but we do it because we love it and satisfy the need to help our customers. Ive been coming here the last 5 years, there always people dropping off cars no matter what time of the day and every time they come in but you can see they have their system down and move quick!! The price is also unbeatable as they are extremely honest and open about the problems you receive with your car. My friend who use to be mechanic decided to help me with my clutch on my Tacoma this past weekend. Unfortunately, he didnt have the proper tools and we could not get the 300lb transmission back on. We had to tow it and I left it over night at Thanh Auto, left my keys inside the slot and what was left with my truck and hopes for the best. Keith called me the following day after and told me my truck was completely put together! Always a great experience when I leave from here, I was I was going to be carless for a while but thanks to Stewart and his team for working so fast!!!

He is kind, polite, communicative and thoughtful. He had my car thoroughly checked as if I were a family member, before I left on a crosscountry road trip, offering practical trip tips and sharing interesting stories. His employees seemed happy, his place was clean, his location near Disneyland, is quiet and safe. Females often have challenges finding a such repair places with respectful experienced service. I found mine! As a walk-in, my car was checked and made ready to go in about an hour, cabin and engine filters and rear brake light replaced+AAA 40-pt. check. Check out his wall photos and customer letters of appreciation. This is my appreciation to him and his crew. Great value for the work and service! At last!

Alec Mally Far and away, the BEST and most honest auto shop in Anaheim…heck, maybe all of central OC!! Their pricing is very fair and they never try to upsell you on costly repairs that aren’t urgent. The owner is also incredibly kind and the staff is hardworking and knowledgeable! Came here several times to have an oil change as well as fix my AC. I recommended it to my wife, whose other mechanic was going to charge an arm and leg to fix her transmission. Ana Auto was able to fix the problem for a *fraction* of the cost!! I cannot recommend these guys enough!!!

xsocialsolutions Was told by another mechanic it is time for a new engine ($4500). Fidel fixed it. asked him to rotate tires and change oil too($455). Muchas gracias, Fidel !!!

Karina Callejas I dropped my car on off on 5/22/25 and picked it up 5/30/25. As you can see from the before and after pics, they did a great job! Thankfully, my insurance paid for the repair and I was only responsible for the deductible ($500). Happy with the care and service! Would recommend

Jimmy Leiva Anna gave me a great customer service, she was helpful, patient diligent and all the with a great smile. They do a professional service also they show you what theyre going to do to your vehicle. They have smog check service and general mechanic service I highly recommend this place for oil change, tune up, smog check and alignment.

Kenneth Hernandez Local business Al was a very nice his customer service is impeccable. Got my brakes changed. He notified me of my pins sticking and offered to clean them and replace rings on them as well for an affordable price. Great service fast and I definitely recommend coming and supporting this family owned business
