greg murphy Wow, what a great repair shop. My motorhome brakes failed on a mountain (rt88) and it was horrifying. I was towed (AAA) to Amador Automotive about 11 miles down the hill. Dennis the owner diagnosed it was the master brake cylinder in just a few minutes. Turned out the part had to be ordered and would not arrive for about three days. They let me stay in the motorhome on his property while we waited for the part to arrive. They let me borrow a pickup truck so I could get groceries or whatever over the weekend. The part came but was the wrong one! Dennis found one in LA, ordered it and when it finally came they had it installed in no time. What a great crew, all so kind. If I lived in the area they would for sure be my go to people for everything auto related. Would give 6 stars if I could. THANK YOU Dennis!

Sarah Dale My young adult daughter moved to Jackson, far from the mechanics and business we know and trust. L+M Automotive was recommended by a tire shop as being trustworthy, reasonably priced, and doing good work. L+M was friendly, compassionate, and went above and beyond to accommodate my daughters scheduling/work schedule. The wipers didnt work. It turned to be a simple issue that L+M was able to fix quickly. It was a great experience. We feel safe and happy to work with L+M in the future.

Suzy Weiss Recently, we were passing through Jackson, CA on our way home to the bay area. We needed to get gas and most important a bathroom stop. Gas prices at Tresslers Tire & Performance were good and it had place for snacks and a pit stop. As usual, I sent my husband in first to check out the level of cleanliness of the bathroom. Jennifer Lee Patty was the best person to work with! She was super helpful and genuinely cared. She kept me posted with updates and ultimately my car was not repaired, it was totaled out. I am writing this review because I had mentioned to Patty that the assignment name was "In the Estate of" because my mother passed away, she actually expressed her sorrow for my loss, that meant a lot during this difficult time. Its nice that there are still decent humans out there. Thanks Patty!

Windchyme I just love Fred. I am an older woman and not knowledgeable about fixing cars and with no spouse. He takes care of all of the things that come up with my vehicle and charges a really fair price for it. He is well known and loved around here. He is honest to a fault, reliable and knowledgeable. I send, or take it to him. He calls me back later and the problem is fixed...its that easy.

Pete Ulberg Midas in Martel (JACKSON) Ca are filled with great men and women who genuinely care about service to each customer. Thats why i drive 45 min away just for oil and transmission service. They ALWAYS come over and let you know every step they are going to make and make sure we are good with it. They dont scam like most places do. Great workers!!

Amanda Bill is great. Deals with insurance wonderfully, answers all together questions, hes honest and no bs. Did such a great job repairing my car and getting the paint color matched! The repair was relatively quick and he kept me updated on everything. I definitely recommend North State Auto Body!

steven strange The staff and technicians are top notch. I had a 60,000 service done on my F150 Ford truck, and completed a brake replacement which was overdue.
