Tammy I started hearing a whining noise, it was the alternator. Rod & his crew are very knowledgeable & informative , I trust them, when it comes to the regular maintenance & care of my little RR beastie(lol).

Shelly My #1 mechanic shop of all times . The owner is fair with his prices and gets the job done when he says it will be done. He fixed the water pump, thermostat and changed hoses. He left my car happy.

Zandra Lee My insurance took forever to approve the proper replacement parts and they kindly held my car for four weeks for a small job not making much profit. Poor them.they communicated well, cleaned it at pick up and did a great job overall and totally matched the paint.

Jeryn Blossom Jose and team are great. Honest and fair mechanics, which are hard to find.

Joshua Posey Was driving home from my graveyard shift and suddenly experienced a rhythmic slapping sound from the engine. Couldnt see what was wrong in the dark but thankfully the car restarted later in the morning and I limped it to Sheafs a few blocks away, terrified that I couldnt afford whatever had happened. Instead, they immediately spotted a broken serpentine belt dragging under the car as I pulled in and had me repaired and back on the road in less than 3 hours, for only the price of the part plus maintenance even though I forgot to surrender my keys before I walked home. Ill definitely be keeping these guys first in mind for car repairs in the future.

It’s not way to diagnose a smog problem with a 25 year old can but Rio did a thorough job and explained each of the steps involved in a way I could understand. Got the van back with problem solved and a clean smog certificate. Good communication. Highly recommend.

Steven Marsh Ive been going here for 20 years, and the service has been consistent, easy, and reliable. Car repair is expensive anywhere you go. I help my family and lots of friends with their cars, and I generally buy my own parts when I know whats needed. Bay Auto Center works great with this method, and this gives me the best value and results. This shop isnt fancy, and while there arent loaner cars, its one block away from BART. I really appreciate that I can send my friends to this shop without hesitation.
