Mike Amazing service! No BS, no up-selling, no unnecessary repair suggestions. This is truly an honest shop that works with you on what you really need done and is very pleasant to work with. I wasnt sure if I needed new brakes. So instead of just putting on new brakes, they took the tires off and showed me I didnt NEED them just yet! They said they were low, but I had a few more miles on my brakes and only rotated my tires as requested. Since its the holidays, money is tight, and this significantly helped my budgets for the month. Im 100% coming back!

Bryce Parmelly There just arent many places these days that do amazing work and arent out to make a buck. I used to do as much of my own work as I could to avoid crazy marin mechanic costs, but once I found this place I dont go anywhere else. They are honest, fair, and actually care about customer support. I have worked with Jason numerous times and he always takes care of me and is is totally honest about what I DO and DON"T need. He (and the other mechanics) take time to explain whats going on and again charge incredibly less than any other mechanic Ive been to in Marin. You just feel good working with this place, never gonna leave if I dont have to. Thanks Jason for all your care over the years.

crg Ive had great experiences at the Car Shop, the most honorable, honest shop in the bay with the most talented, genius level, since his father Tito , lead mechanic, Jorge Hands down best mechanic Ive ever experienced. Carlos, Jorge, and Willliam are beyond experienced and have the wisdom to go with the best possible way to handle all tasks. Jorges son Bobby recently joined the team following in the great footsteps of his great uncle Carlos who is slowly retiring but is still there and sharp after about 40 years in business. 40 years in business. They know what they are doing to say the LEAST.

Karen Montgomery Classic Auto Craft was recommended by Mazda of MARIN to work to repair my damaged car. I am so glad they did. David, Oscar and staff were SO nice. From start to finish they did an excellent job. Their quick response, great communication, prompt scheduling and dealing with my insurance were seamless. I was stress free. The repair looks good as NEW and they even cleaned the inside/outside of my car! I would highly recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation.

Cristina st. germain My husband and I were mid road trip home when we ran into some car troubles. Ended up being turbo engine trouble for a Hyundai 2017. R&I was able to work with us as we coordinated a ride home and communicated the situation throughout the week as work was done. They did the work and I drove up to get the car, which ended up being after hours, so a lockbox pick up was coordinated. For being 100+ miles away from him/my car the majority of the exchange, this business really heeded the call and kept a bad situation from becoming worse. If you are near the San Rafael area, I would highly recommend this business and it’s customer service.
