3 /5 Samantha Fisher: It’s unfortunate I didn’t have as good as an experience as the first time. I’m leaving a 3 star review as I don’t think it’s fair to leave a 1 when the whole buisiness I think is a 5 star place. Unfortunately, the nail tech who I just had is a 1 star if any. She rushed my service, didn’t cut all my nails evenly, didn’t put the paraffin wax completely around my foot, hardly scrubbed my left foot, did a lazy job with the wooden tools, and didn’t use any “hot” rock or “hot” towel. They were warm at best. Paying this much for this service I’m looking forward to the “hot”/heat part as it helps my body (autoimmune disorder). Very disappointing service for birthday toes. I think I’ll stick to Elle(A 5 Star Nail Tech)

1 /5 Nikki Hiem: I returned this morning from yesterday’s services to have my eyebrows redo for needed trimming. I was informed to wait 10 minutes for the lady who worked on me then was later told she is off and there is no one available to do eyebrows today. This is poor advertisement for services needed with no scheduled professional to do eyebrows today.
