5 /5 Irene Walker: This was my second visit, and once again, I called for a last-minute appointment on a Sunday morning and they were able to fit me in—huge plus! Lisa did my pedicure and Tammy did my manicure, and both were fantastic. I always get regular mani/pedis, and their precision in cleaning, cutting, shaping and painting nails is truly top of the line. Plus, their salon is incredibly clean and aesthetically pleasing; so cute and well designed!! You’re always in good hands here. Highly recommend this salon! Definitely my go to spot for nails!

4 /5 AS smooth: I got my feet done. Tammy did a very good job. I have an ingrown toenail and she made sure it didnt hurt. I would definitely go back to get my feet done. Im going to try my nails too see how they do.

5 /5 Stephanie B.: I randomly visited this place the first time because it was near my friend’s house. Now I keep coming back because I love them so much. Nhi is the absolute best, but I’ve really liked everyone I’ve met here so far. I’ve only done dip nails, and they’ve lasted anywhere from 1-4 weeks. I’m hard on my nails. I now know to ask for an extra layer so they last longer.

1 /5 Mars Torres: Truly so disappointed with the quality of service and my experience. I paid for a manicure and pedicure, both deluxe packages thinking that I would have a good experience based on all the positive reviews. I was very excited but came out of the experience so disappointed with the service and the staff. I went with my mom who was visiting and we received very clearly differential treatment compared to the other clientele present in the moment and it was overall very off putting. The total time spent in the salon was over 3 hours and I noticed other guests receiving water and toe spacers, as well as flip-flops after their pedicure, while neither my mom nor I received (nor were offered) any water, flip flops, or toe spacers. They had my mother walking barefoot in the salon after receiving her pedicure and didnt even offer her temporary flip flops as is customary for all clientele. That is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable--how in the world would they forget to do that when a separate client at the same time received them? Additionally, the other client got the toe spacers as is customary during their pedicure, and instead of using them for my pedicure, they literally cut a piece of tissue in half to use as spacers instead of the actual toe spacers. Another red flag. After that they started on my manicure, and the person doing my manicure cut my cuticles on two separate occasions, drawing blood on one of the occasions, and chalked it up to--and I quote--"not cutting me" but rather "pulling my skin." Is that not the same thing? You made the mistake twice and on the second time you cut me deep enough that you drew blood. Overall extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I will be letting my friends know to avoid this place as as well. Over three hours spent and $240 later for such a poor experience. And a couple days later my nails and fingers look awful. Ive attached pictures below, and Ive never seen my fingers look so terrible after a manicure and pedicure. The cuticles and skin around my nails look so broken and dry despite applying lotion regularly since this experience. I do not recommend coming here.

5 /5 Cimma Sefat: Ive finally found my spot! Ever since I moved to the Bay Area back in 2018, I bounced around different nail salons but never found a place that ever made me a repeat customer. All of the pros Ive worked with at 17 Jewels Nail Spa are very detail oriented, take their time, and always check in to make sure you are happy with your nails. Additionally, the women are always friendly and very client focused. Getting manicures or pedicures used to feel like such a hit or miss, and I thought these services were too expensive for an inconsistent end result. Now, I come back to 17 Jewels Nail every month to maintain my nail care because I always leave so happy. My nails look incredibly clean, neat, and high quality. Much love to 17 Jewels Nail Spa!
