Aaron They had everything i needed in one spot. The store layout is easy to understand, and the clothing was well organized. The staff was helpful and friendly. The line was extremely long, but the cashiers were so efficient that the wait time was probably about half what I expected. Great place. Highly recommend.

Caresa Avalos I was looking around for piercing shops for my birthday and after looking at reviews I decided to go ahead and book an appointment. The shop was really nice and clean and super roomy, Erin was the one who did my piercing and he was really great. Marked my nose, had me look at it to see if I was okay with it, then had my mom double check and then we got to the piercing. A super quick breathe in breathe out piercing. He was very informative and super clear about the aftercare and healing of my piercing, answered all questions I had. Pricing was really good too and reasonable. Overall the experience was pleasant and he was really nice, I definitely will go back for any other piercings I get in the future and I totally recommend booking your appointment with MyRadiantBody!

Edith Souvannarack I bought a 10k pendent less then a week ago and it was a size down from the largest letter size. He told me it would be 100 so I told him I’d take it. It was already closing time and I had my toddler with me so I wasn’t paying attention to the bag he handed me.. When I got in the car and drove off (because I stay out of town) I realized that it wasn’t even the same pendent that I had agreed to buying. It was a size down from the one that I had paid for . Therefore, I ended up paying $119 after taxes for a 10k gold pendent that didn’t even add up to 1g of gold on the scale.. the same pendent that I could of purchased at home for $65/$75 at most. I was very disappointed but there was nothing I could do since I lived in Fresno. I just wanted everyone to be aware of the type of business that they conduct.

cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.

red russo They are fair but like any business have to make a profit. You will probably get under spot. Stockton coin pays the best if you want to drive. However modesto gold is closer and maybe the gas evens out

Karina Salgado Bad experience taking my baby girl to get her ears pierced on June 6th. The first piercing was quick but on the 2nd ear she clearly went slow and her response was “they anticipate on the other ear” and I thought to myself “that’s not what I asked” the only reason I didn’t tell her anything was because my daughter was crying in a lot of pain so I walked out quickly to comfort her. For the past couple days I was pissed off thinking about how slow she pierced my baby’s ear and how much more that must’ve hurt. Parents go to a professional for piercings please!

I came in like 5 times trying to decide what engagement ring I wanted and every time Kassandra was so helpful and understanding. She helped me pick out my perfect ring and went by my budget. My wife and I came in for our wedding bands and we were met with the same hospitality. Kassandra was so so so helpful and I really appreciate her!!

Krystal A DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE! I would give zero stars if possible. I went in to replace my gold necklace clasp and after paying almost $100 I found out that it wasn’t real gold. I picked up my niece who was holding a magnet in her hand and to my surprise her magnet stuck right to the clasp that I had just replaced. The woman working the counter even said if I let them keep my broken clasp they would knock off $38, I’m glad I went with my gut and refused the offer. Shame on you for ripping people off and having no integrity. I hope other patrons are smart enough to take their business elsewhere.
