1 /5 Edith Souvannarack: I bought a 10k pendent less then a week ago and it was a size down from the largest letter size. He told me it would be 100 so I told him I’d take it. It was already closing time and I had my toddler with me so I wasn’t paying attention to the bag he handed me.. When I got in the car and drove off (because I stay out of town) I realized that it wasn’t even the same pendent that I had agreed to buying. It was a size down from the one that I had paid for . Therefore, I ended up paying $119 after taxes for a 10k gold pendent that didn’t even add up to 1g of gold on the scale.. the same pendent that I could of purchased at home for $65/$75 at most. I was very disappointed but there was nothing I could do since I lived in Fresno. I just wanted everyone to be aware of the type of business that they conduct.
