Ophelia Cenea Where do I start? I honestly wish they would’ve left the one in Walnut Creek location open because that is the only time that I received decent service. From opening day of this location the quality of service provided has been very lackluster and honestly not pleasant. If it wasn’t the closest store to me, I would never shop here. I prefer to do online pick up so that way I can avoid the bad vibe and bad energy in the store. However, today I was shopping for a graduation gift and it was last minute, so I needed something quick. I walked into the store was greeted, which was fine, but no one walked over to ask me if I needed any help I instead had to ask the question if they had something in order to be helped while 1 associate assisted a customer and the other 3 socialized. I don’t know what it is about this location specifically, but it does not provide the service that I have experienced at any other Pandora in other states and I make sure to say that.
