We brought in some pieces to be cleaned and repaired, and while looking through them the gentleman who helped us pointed out that my chandelier earrings (with their lifetime warranty that I had purchased) could be sent into the company for proper refurbishment. Ophelia Cenea Where do I start? I honestly wish they would’ve left the one in Walnut Creek location open because that is the only time that I received decent service. From opening day of this location the quality of service provided has been very lackluster and honestly not pleasant. If it wasn’t the closest store to me, I would never shop here. I prefer to do online pick up so that way I can avoid the bad vibe and bad energy in the store. However, today I was shopping for a graduation gift and it was last minute, so I needed something quick. I walked into the store was greeted, which was fine, but no one walked over to ask me if I needed any help I instead had to ask the question if they had something in order to be helped while 1 associate assisted a customer and the other 3 socialized. I don’t know what it is about this location specifically, but it does not provide the service that I have experienced at any other Pandora in other states and I make sure to say that.

Gio Yorkshire Preliminarily called around noon, was told to come in around 5:00 about getting a necklace shortened, came im at 5:00 ans guy was prompt and courteous, immediately got to work on my chain and fixed another imperfection on it at no extra charge! I am very happy with service and best of all is that he does it eight in front of you, so you can rest assured your piece won’t be sent out who knows where and might end up getting a different piece of jewelry at the end, Again I’m happy and his prices are extremely reasonable! They were so so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we stepped out with our new ring celebrating 15 years of love. They were patient as I asked to see a closeup of every ring I was interested in, they never once rushed me.
