Miranda Bauer Poor quality and craftsmanship. Sub par customer service. My husband bought me an anniversary band, and large diamonds have fallen out more than once within a few years’ time. I have worn my engagement and wedding rings (not from Anjolee) for 16 years with no problems whatsoever. I do not recommend them for any nice piece of jewelry that one may plan to wear more than a few times per year (otherwise they will call it “heavy wear and tear” and not acknowledge your issue). I have a broken piece of jewelry I will now never be able to wear, unless I continuously spend hundreds of dollars every few years to have it shipped back to be repaired. This was our 10 year anniversary band and was supposed to be a special piece of jewelry, which is now useless, unfortunately. Do not take the risk and waste thousands of dollars here.

R Yescas I went in there to get an earring fixed and the gentleman was so sweet and fast to repair the earring it literally took about 3 minutes. He explained that it just needed to be tightened and did NOT charge me! So I will be baking cookies as a thank you! My new favorite jewelry place, and will definitely be recommending them!

They have a giant selection of high quaint inventory. So, I highly recommend all of their services they provide. Youre guaranteed to get a great deal. They also do submissions if you need coins graded. I had a great experience I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Isabella Sisco I went to get a refund on a defective item purchased less than 6 months ago. I was told my only options were to choose a new ring with equal or lesser value, or a gift card with the amount of the defective item. I mentioned I wanted a refund to my original payment method, she said it was not possible but it says on the pandora website it is available as long as you go back to the original location where it was purchased (which it was). So I had no other choice than to take the gift card since I did not want any of the items available or at all. Also during the interaction, she was overall just rude and took customers that came in after me which I was really confused about. I will be heading to a different location that I called that said my refund will be issued which i am glad about.
