1 /5 Isabella Sisco: I went to get a refund on a defective item purchased less than 6 months ago. I was told my only options were to choose a new ring with equal or lesser value, or a gift card with the amount of the defective item. I mentioned I wanted a refund to my original payment method, she said it was not possible but it says on the pandora website it is available as long as you go back to the original location where it was purchased (which it was). So I had no other choice than to take the gift card since I did not want any of the items available or at all. Also during the interaction, she was overall just rude and took customers that came in after me which I was really confused about. I will be heading to a different location that I called that said my refund will be issued which i am glad about.
