- Debo - No help. Not a hospital whatsoever. If you need water as a patient bring your own or pay. Full house of patients, one doctor. If any serious injuries or uncomfortable feelings please go to a different clinic. Again DO NOT go to this wannabe hospital with its wannabe doctors and nurses. If you are a medical professional, or have any connections let’s do your job better and correctly and help these people. You’re a hospital, this ain’t play time being a “doctor”. Be a doctor or get a new career. And to whoever runs this building, get more assistance and doctors. Try and show you care about your patients. Employers here doing terrible. (2.7 stars is your average) Let that sink in “doctor”/“nurse”/“employees”

Vanessa Torres I had a surgery here and when I was scared they only seemed to get mad and annoyed. You expect someone to not be scared when you hear other people in the room crying and choking? The only thing keeping me and the other patients apart was a curtain. found their attitudes very rude except for 1 nurse she was nice the rest were just rude.

Debra They are their own biggest fans. They have no clue what they are doing, dont have common goals among themselves, aides think they are and call themselves "nurses". They dont know and dont care about patients culture. They foster a secretive protocol, do NOT benefit, comprehend patients, their illness(s), and believe in doping them up upon entrance and slowly reducing meds. We can do that at home. Staff knows nothing about mental illness, patient rights, appropriate diagnosis, TX and care. Put them out of business and find real professionals who can diagnose properly and obtain help for them that is more than nonsense endless groups, pervasive over medication and real professionals with experience and standards instead of idiotic babysitters. They should be ashamed of themselves. They should be investigated. They are shameful and shamefully unprofessional. County facilities are NEVER very good.

Marisela Aguilar Although Dr.Shuman is a great doctor the way her employees schedule and run her office is very unorganized and careless to peoples time. I am a working parent of two boys I took time off work to get my 2 year old to1230PM appt and was waiting for doctor for over hour. I then let nurse know I was going to need to leave since I had to go pick up my other child from school in 30 mins. The nurse then said Dr.Shuman would be in to see my son in ten mins I waited another 30 mins at that point I could no longer wait since my son would be out of school any min. While walking out I seen Dr.Shuman in an office on what seemed to be a conference call. I was very upset why was my child scheduled at 1230 if she was going to take a conference call and why was I told in ten mins she be in to see my son. I waisted my time and lost money just to have to reschedule and now lose all that a second time. This office should of called to reschedule my sons appt before we arrived since they clearly knew she had other prioritys

Alexa Drury Great experience so far! I had my first appointment with my OB who referred me to this office and they called me right away to set up my appointment. Very prompt and wonderful customer service. I have yet to see my doctor, but I am hoping to confirm the great experience that I have had so far.

Jeri Graehl I have yet to have a good experience with the exception of my last appointment with the doctor I switched to - Dr. Dickey. I have asked 3 times to get an invitation to the patient portal to no avail. The person on my last call said she would send it in a few minutes and to call again if she failed to send it. She failed to send it. You cant get the slightest thing done with these people. They set up this patient portal so they wont be bothered by their patients but then you cant even get help to sign up!!!!!! I had to switch doctors because it took too long to get an appointment with my last primary Dr and I had to see the very incompetent nurse practitioner. I needed two authorizations for ongoing heath problems because they would not give me one that lasted long enough. It took a month to get the authorizations despite my making it crystal clear I was very worried since it was regarding a retinal tear follow up which should NOT have been disregarded. The other was for a check up with a dermatologist after I found a suspicious area on my face and had just undergone a month of daily radiation treatments instead of a very disfiguring surgery. I told the nurse practitioner I was having panic attacks and anxiety in general and especially over these two health issues. She told me to meditate - like that would solve my problem and mitigate legitimately scary health issues. As if meditating will make losing your vision or getting your face disfigured will solve the problem. I absolutely cant stand this medical group. The staff is rude and I cant stand dealing with any of them. I tell myself it is the nature of HMOs and to some extent it is. But there is NO EXCUSE for not listening to the patient, not following through with authorizations, not being able to get an appointment with a doctor in a reasonable time and having to see the horrible nurse practitioner I saw, having to ask 3 times to get their approval to sign onto the patient portal and still not be given a simple email to do so, not being listened to and instead having colonoscopies and mammograms pushed while disregarding the reason you are there, and having to tolerate the rude office staff. This is terrible medical care. Awful experience every single time. I dont trust them to do their job and they sure as hell dont care at all about their patients. I will NEVER go to this office unless I absolutely have no choice - which is what they want - I think they get paid either way.

Alma Vira I have recently gone to this office to ask about upcoming appointments. Very poor customer service in the front office. The girls are talking among themselves and we as patients are waiting to be acknowledged while they finish their conversation. The ladies in the back turn to see who is standing there but never say Hi, or acknowledge as well, they turn back to what they were doing. The front office just asks for DOB, no greeting no nothing. I have gone in the past and a girl named Blanca A, would greet me professionally and nicely, not sure if she is still there, but the other girls...Horrible customer service.

Tori Kane I was treated by Dr. Sergio Neira and my condition improved while under his care. Unfortunately, I was delegated for future treatments to his PA. I moved on to a healthcare provider in Westlake Village, whom I am delighted with.

Katie Adams Gave an extra star for getting me in fairly quickly. Another terrible experience here. Made me question where these doctors get their medical licenses from. I went in after midnight two nights ago with a double ear infection. I was in excruciating pain. Tylenol and Advil weren’t helping at all. I hate prescription pain meds but this level of pain was unbearable. Those who know me know that if I’m wanting help with pain, it must be really bad because I am normally very anti prescription meds… the doctor didn’t even check my ears. He held the thing up to my ears but didn’t even really look. Said I have a double ear infection and just need some drops and mild pain relief shot (this shot didn’t do anything for my pain). Sent me home and I was up all night literally screaming in pain. They didn’t even give me anything for the pain aside from the shot so I was on my own. My entire face was swollen and they didn’t even give me something to help the inflammation. Just the antibiotic ear drops. My dad had to drive me to the ER again in the morning. Finally I got a doctor who actually checked my ears and saw how severe the infection was AND that my ears were swollen shut so the drops wouldn’t be able to reach the infection anyway so he put wicks in both ears to wedge them open so the antibiotic drops could get in. He gave me two prescriptions, one was for THREE Tylenol with codeine. Something I hate taking but was so relieved to have because I needed some relief. They should have given me two days worth because I woke Up this morning in pain still but slightly less so it would have been nice to have some relief today too. Two days worth would have been enough to get me through this until the drops kick in. The other prescription is for Naproxen. He then told me when I’m out of the Tylenol with codeine to just take regular Advil. Unbelievable, I started taking Advil when my mom discovered that you aren’t supposed to take Advil while on naproxen, that it’s actually highly dangerous to do so. So why did the doctor tell me to take Advil?! UNBELIEVABLE. Where do these doctors go to med school?! I’ve heard bad things about cmh ER but it’s what my insurance is linked to so it’s where I needed to go. This is why I’m afraid to go to the doctor. Shitty doctors giving shitty advice, incorrectly diagnosing, not doing a thorough job, and leaving someone in excruciating pain because they suddenly decided that they’re too lazy to monitor pain pill usage so they’d rather not prescribe them at all. Nobody gets addicted to pain meds after taking them for two days, especially someone who has verbalized multiple times that they don’t like taking prescription pain meds because they upset my stomach and make me feel weird. That should tell you how desperate I was for relief. I’ve never experienced this much pain in my life and to be treated like an addict was beyond insulting. These new doctors need to do better by their patients, start exhibiting compassion and empathy, and put in a little effort to find a treatment plan that works for their patient so that patients leave feeling heard and respected and cared for instead of like an inconvenience.

Paul M Omg, can not belive how incredibly unprofessional these people are. I thought I was on MTV punked it was that much of a joke. Always full of criminals and cops. By far one of the worst experiences with a hospital. Im calling a attorney the neglect was so bad. I sat for 5 hours no one even approached me when they did the rudest most disrespectful group of bitter women on the planet. Horrible energy, atmosphere and zero care for people. Idk maybe cause they deal w criminals all day they just stopped caring.

Maritsa Hernandez The front desk were absolutely horrible they were just staring at the line and were laughing the whole time. Once it was our turn to be helped we just wanted a school note and they tried calling once for a few seconds and had us wait in a different line. Thankfully the MA recognized us and helped us right away. Had a great experience with the back office, couldn’t say the same about checking in. Would give it 0 stars if possible.

Monica Monroe I would not recommend this practice or the doctors here. The lack of professionalism is deeply concerning, especially considering these are the people responsible for your care. In particular, I strongly advise against seeing Dr. Gail Joseph (gynecology) at this location. As a patient, I encountered several troubling issues: she consistently failed to listen to my concerns, provided inadequate advice, and displayed a serious lack of professionalism in following up with test results and additional information. Its unacceptable to receive critical test results after hours, without details the day prior to an appointment in an attempt to cancel the appointment.

SJ Wow, where do I even begin with Dr. Gail Joseph? She is an absolute gem in the medical field! From the moment I stepped into her office, I felt like I was in the presence of someone who genuinely cared about my well-being. Her attentiveness and understanding for my health concerns were beyond anything I could have hoped for. Dr. Joseph took the time to listen to me, really listen. She didnt rush through the appointment or brush off my concerns like some doctors tend to do. Instead, she sat down with me, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel like my health was her top priority. It was such a refreshing experience to be treated with such compassion and respect. This is the experience I wish all patients could have.

Ира Носко I had a scheduled allergy appointment for testing which type of allergies I had. They transfered it online and said that I need to do online appointment first, even though I already went to actual visit with the doctor. In result 5 minute video call where they told me that I need to do an allergy test cost 180$... well, I already knew I needed it, so I just waisted money and my time and I still have allergy. Cool. If I could give a 0 I would

We had schedule an appointment for her and was seen an hour later after the appointment. when she came in the room she looked high as a kite mumbling her words and stumbling. She has canceled many appointments for both of my daughters a day before or same day of appointment. Decently didnt feel she was a safe provider for my daughter or responsible for her patients.

Aaron D Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. I was treated and attended to at very minimal attention and after the x-ray tech captured the images, the experience was worse than being at a county hospital. No checkups while in the patient bed, unless I paged the nurse for pain which was not attended to at all resulting in hours of agony and the Doctor acting like everything’s “A Ok”
