Orangetheory Fitness

Gina Coates I love this gym! Ive been attending classes at Orange Theory Mission Valley since 2019 and I absolutely love it. Its the perfect combo of cardio and strength training. All the coaches are super knowledgeable and encouraging. Love the front desk sales associates as well. It is such a welcoming and positive environment. Thank you OTF Mission Valley for always providing an amazing workout!!

Angie Porco I have been working out with Joe Binda since January, and it has been so great! Joe is the prime example of hard work and dedication in regards to reaching your goals and becoming stronger not only physically but mentally too! He has helped me reach my goals and has also helped me when I was going through a hard time outside of the gym! He not only provides advice in regards to fitness but also provides advice and guidance for how to handle lifes hardships. He is a great trainer, and I highly recommend him!! Bootique Fitness

Jennifer Silver If you are considering a boot camp this is the only one to consider!!! I have been working out at Bootique Fitness for a year now. It has become a part of my regular routine. I look forward to going three to four times a week! Getting in shape, having fun, meeting nice people, and making new friends! The trainers truly care about our well being and advancing our fitness level. Oh yes, they are real people too! I workout at two different boot camp locations, La Jolla and Mission Bay, so I have a very diverse workout to make sure that dont have the same workout everyday. My trainers, Molly and Sabrina, make sure that I am challenged and keep on track. Thanks Bootique for being part of my healthy lifestyle!!!! I look forward to many more years to come! :)

Anytime Fitness

Bryan Durazo I was excited when I heard the news that Anytime Fitness would be coming to the Tierrasanta community. They opened almost 2 weeks ago and so far the experience has been great. Rod and TJ are very approachable and even give insight on how to make my workout regimen better. Gym equipment is top notch and new. Place is kept clean and gym members also respect gym rules.

Hardcore Fitness Downtown San Diego

Filipe Albergoni I can’t say enough good things about this gym and its incredible staff! The trainers are professional, positive, and truly invested in your success. Every class feels organized, supportive, and fun. As someone with ADHD, I find the big screens showing the workouts especially helpful — they make it so much easier to stay focused and confident throughout the session. It’s one of the few gyms where I actually feel seen and supported. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for structure, motivation, and a team that genuinely cares about you!

LA Fitness

Joseph Young Equipment is newer and generally in better condition compared to other LA Fitness locations. Peak busy times are 530-6am, then 3-7pm when lines for machines may form and the gym gets warmer especially in the afternoons. Not too many wannabe influencers but some mostly later in the day. Equipment is usually clean but some patrons dont wipe surfaces down unfortunately.

South Park Fitness

Marcelo Muñoz South Park Fitness is an amazing place to get a workout. The staff, members and overall vibe is friendly and very local! Rob, the owner and all the staff are very knowledgeable on exercises, and always a pleasure to talk to. I’m moving soon and I’m really going to miss this local South Park gem. If you’re in South Park and need a gym, South Park Fitness is the place for you.

Get Fit on Adams

Jill Bormann Ive been a client since 2015. Working out with Tamara has been the BEST investment Ive ever made for my health and wellbeing. (And I have had other trainers to compare with)! The key *advantage* is that Tamara REALLY "listens" to you. She knows her stuff! She is comprehensive and compassionate! She takes into account ALL aspects of fitness and stays current with the latest science on health, fitness, psychology, biology, etc. I highly recommend her!

Fit Athletic Club & Gym

Meredith Malinofsky Cannot rave about Fit Little Italy enough! I’ve done personal training with Justin over the course of two years and I never thought I would enjoy working out until I started working with him. He’s clearly VERY knowledgeable and was able to work with me and my previous injuries and health concerns. He adjusted to fit my needs flawlessly and got me feeling STRONG for the first time in my adult life. Outside of that the staff in general are extremely friendly, I used to always think the gym was a scary place but the front desk, manager and other trainers always say hello. Truly feels like a COMMUNITY and not just a place to work out!

High Level Boxing & Fitness

Manuel Jimenez I had an amazing time at my first class at High Level Boxing and it was really fun getting to meet the people there were all great and welcoming but also Raul was a great instructor who was patient and encouraging pushing us as a class. He was great to talk to with a lot of experience in boxing and knowledgeable about it really welcoming and professional. Mateo was also great and he great to talk to and really knowledgeable in boxing I had a great time talking to him and everyone else in the gym. The classes were really fun, engaging, and challenging. Note: The classes for Kids/Teenagers Are from 4:30pm-5:15-20pm However Raul typical opens the gym at 4pm incase you wanna warm up before class. The classes are 3 times a week from Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
