1 /5 Sergio Sanchez: This happened at the Imperial Beach location. In more than 10 years of working out at different Gyms of different brands I have never encountered a so poor costumer service. Today 08/05/2025 around 11am, for the first time my wife and I took our 12 years old kid with us, he wasnt to work out or use any of the equipment, at the front desk the lady told us that our kid couldnt come in with us because he is not a member and if we wanted to come with us he had to pay a one day visit, even though he wouldnt use the equipment, I ask my kid to wait at the bench that is at the entrance. Later on my wife went to check on him and he said he needed to use the restroom, the front desk lady wasnt there and my wife tried to take my kid inside, while they were going in they saw the lady and my wife ask if my kid could use the restroom, she replay with a very adamant no, and my wife had to go outside and look for a place so my kid couldve use the restroom. What I grading here is the costumer service. I think that as a courtesy for the members the employees should be a little more understanding, when you have kids life life becomes more unpredictable. Then later I talked to the manager and he was trying to explain to me about the rules the place have. Rules can be modified depending on the situation and this was a one time event. I just hope that in the future situations like this can be address, costumers shouldnt be treated like a number and employees shouldnt be on the offensive and entitled all the time, they should try to level with their costumes once on a while, for a change!
