The Camp Transformation Center

Hilda Flores This gym has truly been a life changing experience! This started a few years ago around 2021 or 2022. I wanted to find something where my husband and I could exercise and that we would both like. We had tried kickboxing and bought all the equipment but ended only going a few times. We had tried the regular gym but never really workedout since we really did not know how to exercise. And it’s was hard to be consistent. We would always ended up quitting. I wanted to try out yoga but the first class it was just laugh after laugh since we could not do the posses. He told me he did not like yoga and we ended up not going back. It was not until we moved to Chula Vista that I started looking again for something and suddenly I started seeing posts in instagram and facebook of the camp. I made an appointment for my husband and I and we joined. It was not only the amazing coaches and the owner it just felt like normal people, like us, could exercise with no judgment. I believe we joined the trial of three weeks and we saw the changes right away. After that we joined the challenge and it completely changed everything! Our bodies changed, we were eating healthy, and our bodies transformed. We stopped going after I got pregnant but always had the gym in mind. After the baby was born it took me a while to get back but we are here again. This time I lost those pounds that I wanted to loose and got back to eating healthy again.I love this gym!

He is present and patient when teaching, focusing on proper technique which is something that I needed help with. You can tell he genuinely cares about your fitness goals and overall health. The Camp Transformation Center

Rosa Hernandez Just completed my first 6 week challenge successfully and here’s how my experience went: 1:1 Coaching w Karina- You’ve gotta be honest with yourself and her during the check ins. She does a great job at providing workarounds to meet goals and is supportive as long as you give her the full picture. Meal plan: Easy & self-explanatory. I found it easiest to stick to alternating the same two meals & that helped keep me on track. Karina had good suggestions on meal recommendations. Classes/exercise: Love the flexibility of the class schedules & attend 3 times in a row, one rest day. I came in with some knowledge of some of the workouts but felt more comfortable as the challenge progressed. Not all the coaches check for form/check in so I found it helpful to flag a coach down if I wasn’t 100% sure on my form to avoid any injury or back pain. Larry’s classes are the most challenging but all coaches provide strong & inspiring classes. My favorite part of attending is that everyone comes in with 110% effort & it’s motivating/inspiring. I would recommend this for people like myself who need accountability & support in reaching weight loss goals. No one can do the work for you, but The Camp does a great job at setting you up for success.

Nuñez Victoria (Vicki) Ive been practicing at this studio for over 3 years. The teachers are all amazing. This is the only yoga studio that I have attended that actually feels AUTHENTIC. They are community based and you can definitely feel it from the moment they welcome you in!

Irann Orozco One legacy training center is the best gym in the WORLD! Especially if you are an active competitor this gym is for you! Coach Hector is an amazing boxing coach, He customizes each and every one your session to exactly what you need. He is very professional/respectful to everyone of his students. He spends so much making our boxing environment a place where everyone is happy and joyful to be.
