1 /5 Marty: Called ahead and spoke to Alex about resizing a ring while I was in town. He assured me it would be done. Dropped the ring off, and his brother went on and on about how his dad would totally have it done by Saturday. Called on Saturday, and they were "too backed up to get to it." Didnt seem to care about missing the expectations that they set. Why waste peoples time if youre not confident that you can get the job done? Recommend you go somewhere else.

1 /5 Jordan Feno: Alex one of the sons of the owner decided to steal every pin out of my Air King 116900 and replace them all with unauthentic bootleg pins when I brought it in to have a link adjusted. Didn’t charge me for the repair then I immediately noticed something was up when I got to a hiking trail. Never trust these people. Scum is an understatement. We’ll settle this dont worry

One of the owners drove to our house to hand deliver my husband’s ring the day before our courthouse wedding, so we would have it on the day, rather than picking it up the day after. My wedding ring was oversized and I was going to have it resized. The ring got a little damaged (maybe because of it being oversized) so they custom made a new ring to fit the size of my finger at no extra charge. I am always pleasantly surprised by how incredible they treat their customers. I would definitely want to send any future business over here!

Definitely my go to for jewelry! They make is really easy to customize my pieces and deliver right to my home! Definitely recommend!
