Vallery McCown Joining Fit4Mom has been one of the best things I’ve done as a new mom. My postpartum journey would have felt so much different (and not as fun) without this amazing group. The workouts leave me feeling strong and energized, the instructors truly care and adjust to how you and your body are feeling that day, and they even help keep the babies happy so you can finish your workout. Beyond the exercise, they plan fun events, create a safe space for moms, and have given me friendships I’ll cherish forever, both for me and my little one, who now has sweet baby friends of her own. It’s more than a fitness group; it’s a supportive, affordable mom tribe I tell every mom about.

Burn Fitness

Lorcan Jennings Was on a trip there with a friend for a week and wanted just a quick gym session, after searching around for gyms that weren’t super out of our budget we found this one and i’m glad that we did because Keja thomas was one of the nicest people we have met in our stay in LA thank you for making us smile with your joy wish the place and the staff all the best. 10/10 gym felt like a 90s style gym, beautiful cool view on the roof aswell must check out. :)

Ultimate Performance Personal Trainers Los Angeles, Santa Monica

Stephanie Lue Abigail is a fantastic personal trainer. She is an expert on nutrition and in-gym exercises and I love working with her. I am completely supported in changing my nutrition plan - learning about macros, finding the right foods, meal planning, making good choices while traveling, etc. In the gym, Abi has extreme attention to detail; she makes very important corrections on form to maximize ROI on each exercise. Ive always been active, and have worked with personal trainers, physical therapists in the past - none of them had made the massive difference in my fitness, as Abi has made for me.
