Jennifer Hayes My sister-in-law gave me her mother-in-laws ring because she knew I loved pearls. Yep, thats a mouthful. And, it was devastating to me that after years of wear, i knocked the pearl clean off on a hike. (Yes, I took that hike 2x that day...pearl nowhere to be found) The empty ring sat in my case with my original wedding band while I wore my plain band I bought here just for the purpose of hiking. Oh, the irony. For Valentines this year, I thought Id get it back up and running, and Arden did not let me down. I got a great price and a beautiful new pearl. Ring back on my finger in just days!! We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! I went in looking to repair a ring of mine and was assured that they would be able to fix it, have cleaned, and pick it up the next day for a really decent price which mad me very happy! I also bought a gold pendant and the owner cleaned my necklace for free as well. I’m excited to find an affordable place for jewelry/ repair and will definitely be back.

Char Char This place is a well trusted jewelry store! I had a misunderstanding concern about my 24k gold ring. The owner (wife) who sold me the ring and also helped me with my concerns with such a great attitude and no hesitation, was super nice about my concerns, even offer me to exchange if I like. Nonetheless, I found my go to jewelry store, price may varies. Can’t beat the customer service here compare to other jewelry store and this proves the quality of her gold that she stands by on.
